Image: We can add an image of your choice to the inside of the locket. It will be protected with resin, so you can confidently wear the pendant without damage to the image. Please email us the image after the purchase has made. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this service.

Studio Pick-Up
To help keep our carbon footprint low, local Toronto orders can be picked up at our studio. Simply select “Pick-Up” at checkout — we’ll share our studio address once your order is confirmed.
We will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up. From there, we’ll arrange a time for you to come to the office. Office hours can vary, so please confirm your pick-up time with us to avoid any inconvenience.
Within Canada
All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail Service with tracking and delivery confirmation. Xpresspost and Priority upgrades are available at checkout. Please allow 1–3 extra days for order packing and fulfillment.
Outside of Canada
U.S. and International orders are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet mail service, with tracking included. Tracked Parcel and Express services are available at checkout.
For faster delivery, we also offer DHL Express 1–2 day shipping — recommended for orders over $1,000. Canada Post service can take up to 14 days depending on location.

- All U.S. orders may be subject to additional tariff charges and duties, which CUCHARA Jewelry is not responsible for.
- Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be applied according to your country’s requirements.
PICK UP IN-STORE
We’re happy to offer local pick-up from our Toronto studio.
Simply select “Pick-Up” at checkout, and we’ll share our studio address with you once your order is confirmed.
RETURNS
All sale items are final sale.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your CUCHARA purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 business days of arrival for an exchange. Item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom and engraved pieces are non-refundable.
If you experience an issue with your item within 6 months of receiving it, please get in touch — we’re happy to make it right. Items that experience wear and tear after 6 months can be repaired for a fee.
