SHIPPING & HANDLING
Studio Pick-Up
To help keep our carbon footprint low, local Toronto orders can be picked up at our studio. Simply select “Pick-Up” at checkout — we’ll share our studio address once your order is confirmed.
We will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up. From there, we’ll arrange a time for you to come to the office. Office hours can vary, so please confirm your pick-up time with us to avoid any inconvenience.
Within Canada
All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail Service with tracking and delivery confirmation. Xpresspost and Priority upgrades are available at checkout. Please allow 1–3 extra days for order packing and fulfillment.
Outside of Canada
U.S. and International orders are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet mail service, with tracking included. Tracked Parcel and Express services are available at checkout.
For faster delivery, we also offer DHL Express 1–2 day shipping — recommended for orders over $1,000. Canada Post service can take up to 14 days depending on location.

RETURNS
All sale items are final sale. If you are not satisfied with your CUCHARA purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 business days of its arrival for exchange. Item(s) must be returned in new condition. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Custom engraved items cannot be returned for refund
