Xpresspost and Priority service are also available. Studio Pick-up: In an effort to keep our carbon footprint low, local Toronto orders can be picked up in studio. Please allow 1-3 extra days for order packing and fulfillment. 

Outside of Canada: By default, US and International orders are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet mail service, with a tracking number. Tracked Parcel and Express service are also available. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.

CUCHARA jewelry is plated in either 14k yellow gold, rhodium, antique brass or oxidized silver. To ensure the life of brass jewelry, do not expose it to water. Please remove your jewelry while exercising, bathing, and swimming, and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products.

CUCHARA recommends cleaning your plated jewelry using a damp, soft cloth. Make sure to fully dry the piece before wearing it. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish. We suggest storing your brass jewelry in the pouch that we provide. 

CUCHARA offers a 6 month warranty program. All pieces purchased within this timeline that have tarnished, broke or a stone fell off, we will repair it for you. Please contact admin@cuchara.ca with the order number or email address associated with the order.

All sale items are final sale. If you are not satisfied with your CUCHARA purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 business days of its arrival for exchange. Item(s) must be returned in new condition. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Custom engraved items cannot be returned for refund
